Prepainted Steel Coil is an advanced material that pre-coates multiple layers of polymer coatings on galvanized, galvanized or zinc-aluminum-magnesium substrates through a continuous roller coating process. It has excellent weather resistance, decorativeness and environmental protection. We provide color-coated plates that meet international standards such as ASTM A755, JIS G3312, EN 10169, etc. The substrate can be GI/AZ150/ZAM275, and the coating covers PVDF (fluorocarbon), HDP (high weather-resistant polyester), PE (polyester), etc. The thickness is 0.3-1.5mm and the width is 600-1300mm. It supports customization of 30+ surface effects such as wood grain, stone grain, and metal brushing, enabling the dual upgrade of architectural aesthetics and industrial efficiency.
